Boulder Mountain Clayworks is throwing a bowl making party.
Boulder Mountain Clayworks is inviting the community to a free bowl making session from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 14, at Boulder Mountain Clayworks studio, 471 E. 10th St. B6 in Ketchum. The goal: To make bowls that will be sold at the 9th annual Empty Bowls lunch on Jan. 21, 2024.
Various restaurants will provide soups and stews and salads to put into the bowls that day, with the money from sales going to the Blaine County Charitable Fund.
No experience is necessary to make the bowls.
Members of book clubs and service organizations may stage bowl making parties between Oct. 15 and Dec. 15.
