Party with award-winning chefs at Apple’s Bar & Grill on Saturday.
Apple’s is hosting a party with the chefs involved in this week’s sold-out Sun Valley Food & Wine Celebration from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 4, as a fundraiser for the Sun Valley Culinary Institute. The community is invited to enjoy wine, beer and burgers with music by DJ Alex at that time.
On hand will be Jonathon Sawyer, James Beard Award Winner, Great Lakes; Ethan Stowell, “Food & Wine” Best New Chef All-Star; Brittany Rescigno, “Chopped Champion” and Beat Bobby Flay winner, and Jason Wilson, James Beard Award Winner, Pacific Northwest.
Chef Brittany Rescigno, who has a pop-up restaurant in New Jersey and a handmade pasta and sauce company, plans to create a specialty burger for Saturday’s event.
The Sun Valley Culinary Institute is now in its second year of providing culinary education for students, professionals and food enthusiasts.
