Don’t forget! Let neurologist Dr. Richard Hammond tell you about Memory—“the miracle of the mind”—on Monday, March 6.
Hammond, who practices at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, will discuss the importance of our executive function skills in living a productive life. And he will discuss how we can keep our memory healthy for an enhanced quality of lie.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about brain health, such as caring for our memory through nutrition, sleep and exercise.
The program is presented in partnership with Anita Dromey, a speech-language pathologist at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation in Ketchum.
Hammond completed his EEG/EMG fellowship at Emory University and has practiced neurology in Twin Falls for 32 years. He raises bison in his spare time and is working to reintroduce the American chestnut.
