Learn what’s being done to address the housing shortage in Summit County, Colo., when the City of Ketchum and Spur Foundation present the second in a series of conversations titled “Learning from Peer Communities.”
Jason Dietz will discuss what’s being done in the Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone ski areas at 6 p.m. tonight—Tuesday, May 9—at Ketchum’s Community Library.
Dietz started in 2018 as Summit County’s housing director. He spent the previous decade running the Summit Combined Housing Authority as a construction manager, in property management and in land acquisitions and developments.
He will be joined by Carissa Connelly, Ketchum’s housing director. She is in charge of implementing Ketchum’s year-one Housing Action Plan adopted in May 2022. The plan includes many actions that mirror Summit County’s efforts.
