Be empowered to embrace happiness and prioritize well-being at the new Sun Valley Joy Summit.
The new wellness event will be held July 31 to Aug. 4 at various locations in Ketchum and will feature a range of activities and experiences designed to promote joy, positivity and self-care.
Dr. Cory Szybala, of Sun Valley Natural Medicine will discuss “The Joy of Excellent Health,” while Tyia Wilson offers a workshop on “Ecstatic Dance.” Bellevue artist Marie Stewart will even offer a workshop on “Joyful Birdhouse Painting.”
Saffron Restaurant will provide vegan and gluten-free hors d’oeuvres before the Super Moon Ceremony that is being held during the week.
Others will offer hands-on workshops focusing on mindfulness, meditation, yoga, art, qi gong, Feng Shui, dance, nutrition and stress management. There also will be a live sound bath and cacao ceremony.
"We believe that joy is an essential part of living a fulfilling life," said Hillary Anderson, a Feng Shui Master practitioner who founded the event. "The Sun Valley Joy Summit will provide a platform for individuals to come together, learn from experts, and explore practices that can bring more happiness and well-being into their lives. We want to create an event that inspires and empowers attendees to prioritize their own self-care journey."
