Hailey Mayor Wins Big While Sun Valley Council Members Retain Seats

Hailey Mayor Martha Burke won a second term as mayor in a resounding victory Tuesday while Bellevue Mayor Chris Johnson retained his seat, as well.

In Sun Valley, Jane Conard and Michelle Griffith retained their city council seats. But in Ketchum newcomers Spencer Cordovano and Tripp Hutchinson will join Courtney Hamilton and Amanda Breen on the city council.

Dustin Stone won the Hailey City Council seat vacated by Sam Linnet. In Bellevue former city planner Diane Shay, Christina Giordani and Shaun Mahoney won two-year terms as aldermen, while Jessica Obenauf and Robin Leahy won one-year terms.

Lara Stone retained her seat as Blaine County School District trustee in Zone 5, while Nora Roebuck beat Phil Rainey in the trustee race in Hailey.
