The third annual Scholarship Fair for high school seniors and their families will be held from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, in the Wood River High School Commons area.
The fair is being hosted by the Blaine County Education Foundation with the generous support of Mountain West Bank.
The intent of the fair is to expose students and their families to the many local scholarships available for Wood River Valley students pursuing post-secondary education. Representatives from more than 40 organizations offering the scholarships will be in attendance to speak with families about what funds are available and the application process.
The Blaine County Education Foundation raises funds to provide students in the Blaine County School District the resources they need to participate in activities like the Robotics Club or school sports.
