Break out your 1920s garb and join in the grand finale of the 2024 Winter Read of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby.”
“We’ll party like it’s 1924!” said Martha Williams, The Community Library’s programs and education director.
The party will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at The Community Library.
There’ll be music, snacks and historic photos of the Wood River Valley taken during the 1920s and inspired by “The Great Gatsby’s” many parties. Attendees can test their Gatsby knowledge with trivia designed by the library’s Winter Read teen interns for a chance at prizes.
Dressing up is optional; all are welcome as the library wraps up a couple months of programming in which the entire valley came together to read and discuss the classic book.
