Pet Wants is celebrating its one-year anniversary on Saturday with a variety of discounts, swag and even a pet adoption.
Owner Valerie Steinmetz says she has a long list of reasons for people to visit her store on Saturday, April 13:
Paws Rescue will stage an adoption event from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. They have a few puppies that they rescued and a few foster dogs that will be in the store hoping to find their fur-ever homes.
Pet Wants Reusable Jute Bags, on sale for $10, will have 100% of the proceeds donated to Paws Rescue
The Human Bean will be in the store at 10 a.m., handing out Pup Cups to any dogs that visit the store while supplies last
A Pet Wants Bandana and treat sampler will be given away for every purchase of $25.
A goodie bag with a variety of treats and Pet Wants Food will be given away with any purchase of $50,
Any purchase will receive a scratch-off ticket good for discounts varying from 10 percent to 50 percent off purchases.
Plant Therapy on Main Street is offering a 15 percent discount on Saturday for anyone who shops with them and mentions the Paws Rescue event.
The store, which specializes in fresh, local food for pets, along with such services as a self-serve dog wash, is located at 123 Main Avenue East in Twin Falls.
