The 3rd annual Blaine County Youth Job Fair will be held from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, at the Wood River High School Commons.
Sponsored by The Chamber and Blaine County School District, the Job Fair is free and open to any interested students, businesses or nonprofits.
The Job Fair is a great opportunity for local employers to hire for needed positions and help students get jobs during the upcoming busy summer season, said Chamber Director Mike McKenna. The Job Fair also allows both the business community and local students to meet and create relationships that can help not only guide future employment, but also help students better understand what professional options are available and what careers in those fields will be like.
The Chamber will offer space for any business or nonprofit interested in participating, even if they can’t make the event in person.
