Discover the joy inside at the second annual Sun Valley Joy Summit being held Wednesday through Sunday, June 5-9 in Ketchum.
The five-day summit will be held at three different locations: The American Legion Hall, 220 Cottonwood St., in Ketchum; the new Cultivate Joy space at 571 Second St. East in Ketchum, and The Wylde Beet Café in Hailey.
The Summit will feature such practitioners as astrologer David Pond and Gary Quinn, who will speak on the power YES!
It will kick off with a New Moon Ceremony and conclude with a Joyful rhythm circle featuring drums, shakers and rattles facilitated by Will Caldwell and friends.
Victoria Roper and Shawn Phillips will lead yoga sessions. And Cathie Caccis will hold a singing bowl-focused yoga class designed to transport participants to profound relaxation and rejuvenation.
Kristi Strangeland will offer a joyful movement class called Essentrics, a full body workout combining strengthening and stretching to develop lean strong muscles, while Tyia Wilson will create good vibrations with Ecstatic Dance.
Cal Millar will offer a Qi Gong session enriched with singing bowls, while Katie Rogers and Hillary M. Anderson offer Feng Shui classes designed to empower participants to live a life through the Law of Attraction.
The summit will also feature holistic practitioner Dr. Cory Szabala, the Flourish Foundation’s Ryan and Paige Redman, and Dana Mavey with a Soul Art collage class.
Kristi Strangeland will offer a Creativity & Joy workshop. Speakers like Calysta Phillips, Darby Crouss will discuss positive thinking and concrete ways of creating joy. Toni Hodge will lead a Tea Ceremony and The Wylde Beet Café will present a plant-based dinner.
