Dust off your cowboy boots and don your Stetson hat for a night of poker, blackjack, roulette and more at a Wild West saloon when the Wild West Game Night returns.
The second annual Wild West Game Night Fundraiser will be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 12, at the picturesque saloon Dale and Terri Bullock have created at their Indian Creek home. The wild west establishment is not to be missed, filled with such eye candy as cowboy spurs, mountain goat and other trophies, a cowboy boot collection and even a snowshoe and ice skate collection.
With each ticket, participants will receive $700 in play money to play poker, blackjack, roulette, dart poker and other games of skill and chance with high rollers earning prizes for their luck. Guests will also have the chance to bid on silent auction items and take part in a raffle, while enjoying a spread of different foods and beverages.
Proceeds from the night will benefit Rotarun Ski Area west of Hailey and the Senior Connection.
Rotarun provides ski and snowboard lessons to youngsters, ensuring no child misses out because of inability to pay. And the Senior Connection provides a gamut of services, including Meals on Wheels, home health care, a memory club, hearing and vision services, fitness workouts and its popular five-day-a-week dining at the Senior Connection in Hailey.
"We are so lucky to have the Bullocks open up their home and barn for this event, which provides financial assistance with our after-school snow sports programs for the youth of the Wood River Valley,” said Wally Limburg, the board president of Rotarun.
“This event is a wonderful opportunity to bring together the community for a night of fun while
supporting two great Wood River Valley organizations,” added Jovita Piña, executive director of
the Senior Connection. “We are absolutely thrilled to partner with Dale, Terri and Rotarun for a
second year to make a positive impact on seniors and children in our community.”
Tickets are $125 per person and can be purchased online at https://seniorconnectionidaho.org/events/wild-west-game-night/. Questions? Contact Mary Simms, director of Donor and community Relations at the Senior Connection, at info@seniorconnectionidaho.org.
