The Blaine County School District will provide free meals to students this summer as part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Summer Food Service Program.
Free breakfasts and lunches will be provided to children ages 1-18 at Bellevue Elementary School. Meals must be consumed onsite and will be offered from Monday, June 24, through Friday, July 26. The site will be closed on July 4-5 for the Independence Day holiday.
“We are grateful that our district can continue to participate in this important program,” said Jim Foudy, BCSD Superintendent. “We invite all of our families to stop by Bellevue and participate. Our food service staff is excited to see familiar faces during the summer months.”
Breakfast will be provided weekdays from 8:30 to 9:10 a.m., while lunches will be served 11:40 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Bellevue Elementary School is located at 305 N. 5th Street in Bellevue.
Meals will be provided to all children, ages 1-18, without charge for the Programs, and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, or age and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
