The Sun Valley Opera House will explode with paper hearts, dancing athletes and entertainers in reds and pinks on Valentine’s Day night as Jacq Frances produces “Sun Valley Night Live.”
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14. Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.sunvalley.com/.
The fun-filled variety show is being hosted by Jacq Frances, who orchestrated the recent Wild West Burlesque Show in Hailey.
This one, she said, is inspired by “Saturday Night Live” and 1960s pop culture and fashion. It’s decidedly more polished and glamorous than the burlesque show and will showcase an abundance of Wood River Valley talent, including Honky Tonk Sue, James “Taco” Tautkus, Andrew Alburger, Cade Johnson, Taylor James Lenane, Daniela Stokes and Noah Koski.
Frances drew upon local experiences with love and relationships in Sun Valley to create the show.
Those who are single should wear red; those who are taken should wear pink and get ready to celebrate love in all its iterations.
Pegged for those 18 and older, tickets cost between $38 and $100. Proceeds will support The Advocates while “raising awareness about the shadow side of love and the world’s most eye-rolled holiday,” said Frances.
