Sabrina Roblin received honorable mention as an individual 2026 Health Hero for her compassionate work as a chaplain with St. Luke’s Wood River and for her volunteer leadership with the Community Loss Team. The Health Hero Awards honor individuals and organizations that have made a significant impact on the health and well-being of residents throughout South Central Idaho. SCPHD serves eight counties across the region, including Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka and Twin Falls counties. Formerly known as the Mental Well-Being Initiative (MWBI), TogetherWe was launched in 2023 to address growing mental health challenges in Blaine County through a collective impact approach. The organization brings together more than 50 partners from healthcare, education, government, business, faith communities, and nonprofits to align efforts around a shared vision: Making it possible for everyone in our community to achieve mental well-being. “TogetherWe is honored to receive this recognition from South Central Public Health District,” said Jenna Vagias, Executive Director of TogetherWe. “This award belongs to the many organizations, volunteers, and community members who have chosen to work together to create a healthier, more connected Blaine County.
“We believe that mental well-being is a community responsibility, and this recognition reflects what is possible when people come together around a shared goal.” Since its launch, TogetherWe has helped coordinate community-wide mental health planning efforts, supported the development of a behavioral health crisis co-response program, invested in prevention initiatives, and advanced innovative projects designed to improve access to mental health resources and community connection. The organization was recognized for its role as a backbone organization, helping align community partners, facilitate collaboration, leverage data to identify needs, and advance solutions that improve mental well-being across the Wood River Valley. Sabrina Roblin, who received honorable mention as an individual 2026 Health Hero, was honored for her dedication helping to ensure timely, compassionate and coordinated support for individuals, families, schools, workplaces and organizations following sudden loss and tragedy.
“Sabrina embodies the very spirit of a Health Hero,” said Vagias. “She quietly shows up during some of the hardest moments people experience and helps our community heal. Her leadership and service have touched countless lives.”
