Just because we’re in the middle of a coronavirus pandemic doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy Happy Hour with some of your favorite performers.
The Argyros Center for Performing Arts is hosting Happy Hour with three of the performers who have endeared themselves to the center’s audiences since the Argyros opened in November 2018.
Audiences may chat with Isabella Boylston, a principal dancer with American Festival Ballet and a Sun Valley native on Thursday, May 14.
Time for Three, the string trio that plays a range of music from classical to country western, will preside over Happy Hour on May 21.
And Rick Miller, who crated the BOOM show taking audiences on a fast-paced romp through the history of the Baby Boomers, will take the virtual stage on May28.
All three Happy Hours will start at 5 p.m. The Argyros’ Executive Director Casey Wilder Mott will lead the conversations, asking such questions as:
How do those who work in the entertainment business get through this? And, What comes next?
Those listening in will then be able to ask questions, as well.

SUN VALLEY MUSIC FESTIVAL OFFERS ENCORE PERFORMANCE
The Sun Valley Music Festival’s Upbeat with Alasdair on Tuesday night was so popular that its server crashed making it impossible for everyone to watch who wanted to do so.
Consequently, the Festival is offering the opportunity to watch on-demand through 6 p.m. tonight—Thursday, May 14.
The show features Assistant Concertmaster and violinist Juliana Athayde and husband Principal Oboe Erik Behr performing from their Rochester, N.Y., home. And, just for good measure, their eldest daughter joins in, as well.
