Gasp!
Live music is back at the Argyros!
The Argyros will host its first live music concert since the pandemic began when it welcomes Alyssa Jacey to the Tierney Theater.
Jacey, who plays instruments with her feet as well in the more conventional style, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16. General admission is $10.
Concertgoers will be spaced out on sofas and chairs around the theater with the seating assignments determined by the size of the party.
Jacey, who has opened for Bruno Mars and others, is 3,500 shows and eight albums into her career. She is a multi-genre singer and songwriter, hip hop, ballet and jazz dancer/choreographer and an actress who has been greatly influenced by the vocal stylings of Sarah McLachlan and Jewel.
She has also worked as a TV Host and musical comedian.
Wear blue--she donates a portion of her merchandise sales to the Alzheimer’s Association for those who show up in blue.
