Members of the project will share some of the highlights of the 13th season of the Wood River Wolf Project at 9:30 a.m. today—Thursday, Oct.22. The Zoom chat will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82748351077.
Suzanne Stone and Blaine County Commissioner Dick Fosbury will kick off the meeting with a history of the project and recent updates. Logan Miller, the new field manager, will share the challenges and successes of the season at 9:45 a.m.
Savannah Spoor will show a Sun Valley Community School film project and preview of the Wood River Wolf Project training film at 10:15 a.m. And rancher Brian Bean and Kurtz Holtzen will discuss Lava Lake Livestock Wolf coexistence efforts at 10:45 a.m.
The meeting will conclude with suggestions on how valley residents can help. The Zoom meeting will be recorded for those who can’t attend.
