Ballet Sun Valley will offer two festivals featuring in-person, outdoor performances at the Sun Valley Pavilion this summer.
The first festival will be held July 12-13; the second, Aug. 22-23.
“We are so looking forward to gathering in-person this summer to experience the connection only live performances can provide,” said Ballet Sun Valley Executive Director Kelli Quinlan. “We feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to present dance in the beautiful, open-air Sun Valley Pavilion.”
Programming, seating and ticket sales will be announced closer to the Festival dates and will adhere to local health and safety guidelines.
Ballet Sun Valley is a 501©(3) non-profit organization, whose predecessor was founded in 2011 to bring international ballet to Sun Valley. Its summer festivals have featured works from some of the ballet world’s most celebrated choreographers, including George Balanchine, Helgi Tomasson, Christopher Wheeldon and Justin Peck.
And its festivals have included dancers from San Francisco Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, The Royal Danish Ballet, The Royal Ballet in London, The Paris Opera Ballet and the Mariinsky Ballet from St. Petersburg, Russia,
