The Senior Connection will reopen on June 1.
It will offer dine-in lunches, fitness classes and transportation services and field trips.
The Connection will operate under its Phase 2 protocols, much as it did last summer before it had to close down because of Blaine County’s rising number of COVID cases. That means:
- Mask required to enter the building
- Health Screenings with temperature checks will be made
- Reservations will be required for lunch and all activities
- Hand washing will be required before being seated at your table or entering the fitness room
- No non-essential visitors or guests will be allowed (such as grandchildren or out of town visitors)
- Meals on Wheels, curbside pickup and caregiving services will continue as they are with current protocols in place
Lunch will be served in the dining room from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays. Those who do not check in by noon may pick up a lunch to go. Reservation are required 24 hours in advance.
Fitness classes are also resuming. The half-hour classes will be limited to five participants.
Manon Gaudreau will offer Ageless Motion at 11 a.m. Mondays. Karen Luke will lead Fit & Fall Proof classes at 11 a.m. Wednesdays and Fridays.
And Casey’s Circuit will be held at 11:15 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Reservations are required.
