STORY AND PHOTOS BY KAREN BOSSICK

The snow was stacking up in the streets of Hailey. But that didn’t keep Wood River Valley seniors from enjoying Christmas Brunch at the Senior Connection.

Chef Brian Ahern carved up a prime rib and erstwhile hostesses like Tricia Wood and Coni Foster handed out mimosas to a full house as the seniors recounted Christmases past and listened to live Christmas music.

Sun Valley Culinary Institute donated some Cake Pops from its Holiday Boutique. And all seniors walked away with a bag of Breakfast Blend roasted by Hailey Coffee Company, courtesy of Blaine County Emergency Communications.
