COMING UP

As for the latest gossip…The Serva family is adding yet another restaurant to their quiver, opening the new Peruvian restaurant in Rico’s Pizza’s old spot. The family also owns two coffee shops and two KB’s in the valley, and Rodolfo Serva’s daughter co-owns the Indian restaurant.

Meanwhile, owners of Bellevue’s 7 Fuego plan to reopen in the old Gannett Country Club. And The Mint hopes to reopen soon, as well.
