Garden lovers went gaga over the Sawtooth Botanical Garden’s Garden Tour this year.

Of course, they do every year as the tour gives them a chance to see the passion, creativity and expertise of local gardeners in an area where gardening is not considered all that easy.

This year’s garden tour took tourgoers to several lovely gardens in South Ketchum, Weyyakin Ranch, Lane Ranch and along River Ranch Drive. Eye on Sun Valley was there to capture glimpses—from Susan Flynt’s large bonsai poodle to Cheryl Hall’s amazing work in creative water features, and strategically placing blooms and sculptures throughout her Z Heart Ranch.

And mark your calendar for next July as the tour benefits the Sawtooth Botanical Garden, a lovely oasis for contemplation and events like weddings and bar mitzvahs.
