Bellevue Memorial Park came alive this past week with the smell of elote Mexican street corn dripping with cheese and lime and performances by the father-son team of Quinta Generacion and the band Kanu. It was part of the Hispanic Heritage Festival organized by Herbert Romero of ProjecT.O.O.L.Success. Here’s a brief look by Liberty Films.
