The 1,500 sheep that trailed down Ketchum’s Main Street last week on the way to John Faulkner’s Gooding sheep ranch were as mellow as they get.
They didn’t “baa.” They didn’t “bleat.”
Instead, the noise was left to the applause of the spectators lining the street seven people deep in some cases. “Look! Look at that!” they shouted.
